1. RM Inspection

2. Coiling
CNC spring coiling with high precision and repeatability across a range of wire diameters.
3. Tempering
Stress relieving furnace treatment to improve spring performance and dimensional stability.
4. Surface Finishing
Coating and surface treatment applied to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.
5. Shot Peening
Surface hardening process that increases fatigue strength and extends component life.
6. Grinding
Precision grinding of spring ends to achieve accurate load heights and flatness.
7. Identification
Marking and traceability labelling applied to every batch for full production traceability.
8. Final Inspection & Packing
Quality approval, dimensional verification, and secure packing for dispatch to customers.
