In the year 1987 a small scale unit ventured into manufacturing various types of springs for various industries in and around Bhosari Industrial Area. 

Today, it has grown up into a sizable spring manufacturing organization having deep technical know – how vast experience and a customer base spread all over India and the Gulf. 

Our product range consists of all types of springs (0.1mm wire dia. to 8.0 mm) in spring steel and stainless steel, sheet metal components and dipsticks. 

We at Agsa Springs are dedicated to manufacture and supply precision springs, as per the customers’ requirement. Simultaneously, we have a young team of engineers to support and cross verify the design-data to certify the functionality of springs. 

We are expert in developing springs to cater customer requirements to their specifications. We strongly believe in supporting our customers for developing the product to their satisfaction. 

The state of art machine shop, with latest CNC spring forming machines, CNC controlled stress-relieving furnace and shot–blasting machine is the backbone of our organization. The fully automatic production setup and in-house tool room facility enables manufacturing of precision springs from start to finish with great accuracy. 

With a well-equipped in house inspection facility and a well-defined Quality Systems, we can guarantee the quality of our product. The inspection facility consists of wide range of digital load testing machines, torque testing machines and UTS testing machines to certify quality of raw of our product from start to finish. 

Our human resources are our greatest assets. We strive to improve their capabilities by giving them continuous training.
